Not to generate random content. In Madboys, AI is used to make heroes feel like personalities inside a real game world. They have goals, fears, relationships, roles, places, risks, and things to lose. The point is not “AI makes pictures.” The point is: heroes can react, remember, argue, survive, and surprise you.

What makes AI heroes feel alive?
